I've been using this conditioner and the shampoo of same brand for the last 2 years and it has definitely improved my hair. I didn't notice this at first until I run out of the first bottle and went back to my old shampoo, my hair got difficult again, I then went back to this one (took me a while to find it because the first time I bought it from my hair dresser who moved out of state) and evrn tho I've tried some fancy ones along the way this is one is way superior. The price on Amazon is great! I will repurchase this and recommend it to all! By the way I have highlighted hair and I do botox every 3 months and this helps keep the botox in place as well as the color.
