Q: What's the pH of this product?

Most people have a skin surface pH between 4 - 6 and this is known as the "acid mantle." Refresh Liquid Wipe has a pH of about 4, which is similar to the pH of apple juice. For reference, a lemon has a pH of 2 and most bottled water has a pH of 6. Thanks for your question. Refresh Liquid Wipe

Q: most tp breaks down when wet. How does this not create little paper nubs on your "area"?

Refresh Liquid Wipe is intended to be used on folded toilet paper and you can apply as much as you like to make a custom wipe. Quality toilet paper will not break down when used within one minute of application because the foam lays on top of the paper. We recommend the following steps: 1. Wipe with plain tissue; 2. apply Refresh to folded toilet paper to make a custom wipe (this will require some experimenting to see what works best for you, how much Refresh and how much toilet paper is situation dependent) and wipe; and 3. follow up with plain toilet paper as required. Every situation is different, sometimes you can skip step 1 or 3, it just depends on what works best for you. If you skipped step 1 and went directly with a flushable wipe, there are occasions where you're going to have a bigger mess than if you follow the Refresh directions. Plus those wipes can clog your plumbing and Refresh on toilet paper is safe to flush.
