Hair and nails are growing and skin feels better
I didn't notice specific pain relief but I have a tremendous amount of pain and take homeopathic pain/anti-inflammatories daily. However, my hair stopped falling out and within 3 months it started growing in thicker. I have healthy hair now. My fingernails are growing some now also. My skin all over feels better too.

Feel no difference or effects if the supplement
The tablets are very difficult to swallow. I took them for a couple of weeks and can’t seem to find a difference in my hair and nails growth, my joints pain, etc. waist of money, in my opinion.
