Q: What are the dimensions of this after assembly?

not posative of the exact demensions but when assembled you can set it on your hand and it covers only from finger tips to wrist

Q: If you full it with water could you put triops in it?

That's a great question. I don't think it will hold water enough for that idea. My kids use it for all kinds of small bugs.

Q: Can I get replacement corner attachments?We received this today and my sons love it but the corner pieces popped off while outside

Same. I don't think they sell the corners separately. I used a little hot glue to keep everything together, just make sure it's hot glue NOT super glue. Super glue has a chemical reaction to the plastic and it not only destroys the plastic but gasses any bugs put in it, learned that the hard way

Q: How big are the holes? We have a baby praying mantis

I'm not sure the size of your baby mantis but the holes on this are big enough for an ant to escape but too small for a rollie rollie if that helps any.
