Must have a 3.1" 2-hole punch
I returned this item. I ordered it as a bundle with a 2-hole punch. The punch makes holes 2.75" apart, the holes on the fasteners are 3.1" apart. I purchased them because they are plastic and I wanted something that wouldn't rust, but they are very flimsy. I would not recommend them.
