Aviation Instructor's Handbook: FAA-H-8083-9B

I ordered this for a class I'm teaching.There's no table of contents in this version, yet some of my students have an FIH with one.Some of the appendices are missing, yet some of my students...Blank pages at the end of sections where needed to ensure the next section's first page (such as 5-1) starts on the right are missing. So sometimes even is on the left page and sometimes it's on the right. Yet, some of my students... (you get the picture)."Some of my students" have the version published by ASA. You might want to get that one.I had the spine cut off and replaced with a plastic spiral so it would lay flat, and I've already highlighted many of the chapters to teach from, so too late to just send it back and get a good one. I'll make it work, but hope others don't get the same incomplete product!

As FAA publications go, this one is a necessity for those wishing to teach others how to fly. It's got lots of pictures with clear explanations. Its available for download, but sometimes paper is much better.
