Excellent Service from the Seller
I can't say enough about the seller of this bracelet. I'm giving it 5 stars because of the excellent service. When the person for whom I bought this bracelet wore it the first time the snowflake broke off. It is very delicate. I contacted the seller and almost within a day, there was another bracelet delivered. Unfortunately, the snowflake fell off again. I told the seller not to send another because the bracelet was still beautiful without the snowflake. She said she would contact the manufacturer about making a more sturdy snowflake for future bracelets. Perhaps I should be giving a lower star rating for the snowflake issues; but, when a seller works so hard with you~~I just feel they deserve a high rating.

Not worth a cent
The bracelet looked so cute the first day. It has been just 4 days of my daughter wearing it and now, two of the things fall, and it is changing to a pinkyish color. What a rip off
