My dog loved these. He was excited to get them.

Always skeptical about products like this; do they really work and do they even contain the ingredients printed on the container? So I was pleasantly surprised to notice that our 12 year old border collie, afflicted with hip joint issues, showed noticeable improvement after we fed him these Hip and Joint chews for a few days according to the product recommendations. We give him 300 mg of aspirin (with a snack in the morning to protect his stomach) and two H&J chews daily, one in the morning and one at night. He still is a bit stiff, especially after excessive activity during the day, but he seems to have shown noticeable improvement since we have been giving him these Hip and Joint chews. If your dog is suffering from hip problems, this product may be worth a try.

My dog like this as a treat, he’s old and need help with hip and joint that’s why I got it. Not sure if it’s helping with that, can’t really tell, but he enjoys it.

Okay, my corgi has a really bad back leg due to what we think was a tiny dislocation as a baby. We didn't even know he had hurt it until he was 8 and began to favor it. X-rays showed the damage but it was too late to do anything about it. So we treat it like arthritis and he takes several expensive medications. He is also, like other corgis, prone to weight gain. He is almost 12 now and while he's the happiest dog we know, he's starting to slow down quite a bit and takes a while to get up in the morning. Got him these to supplement the meds with low expectations. We were giving him various anti-inflammatory oils but they were getting expensive. less than a week after we starting giving him these, he has been perkier and more active. Getting him up for his walk in the morning is easy now and he's in a better mood throughout the day. I really feel like it took off about 5 years! The results and the price warranted a great review. I hope others try it for their dogs because it feels wonderful to see them feel better.

My dog is a 5 year old blue Gotti and red nose pit. Hes a thick boy and has recently been limping on his back left leg due to him laying on it and when he gets up, he holds that leg up. I read the reviews on this product and purchased this for my pup. I gave him the suggested serving per his weight (97 lbs). Within a few days, I could tell it was helping his joints/hip. He wasnt holding his leg up when he got up after he was laying down. There was a couple days that I didn't give him the chews and I saw him holding up his leg again. This product has helped my pup and is a great value. He seemed to love the flavor and has no trouble chewing them up. Definitely worth it to help your furry family members. My pup didnt show any side effects of the chews (no diarrhea, vomiting, etc.)

The reason I think this is a really great product is because it comes in a large 180 count pack, enough to last a while. Plus, it's vet-recommended, which gives me peace of mind. My dog loves the delicious chicken flavor! The supplement provides Omega-3s, lubricates joints, and supports joint cartilage, which is exactly what I was looking for. The standard strength seems to be very effective. I'm genuinely pleased with this purchase!

A rescued dog that my daughter adopted had to get hip and knee surgery. The veterinary orthopedic said he would need this every day to help with his joints. So he gets 4 a day and my other 2 older mutts get it also. So per a SPECIALIST, this is great for dogs, especially older ones as all of our joints get lots of wear and tear as we age…

I loved this product. It works and has always been in my dog's rotation of supplements. However, I will no longer be purchasing this product. When I opened her new pack of supplements, I quickly discovered the texture and malleability of this product was off. My biggest issue with the product is now that the supplements are as hard as rocks. My dog wouldn't touch them. I had to crush them up and that proved to be difficult. It takes me several minutes to turn these hard supplements into a crumble now. Previously, when I would crush up her supplements it would take less than a minute. Mind you, my dog is a picky eater and tends to get bored with her supplements after awhile. I have to hide them after a week or two which results in a fine crumble of supplements. I don't know if this was a bad batch or the recipe changed. Either way, I will not be buying these again or recommending them. I am very disappointed.
