VOSUN Plastic YoYo Trinity for Kids Beginner, Responsive Ball Bearing yoyo, Durable Plastic yoyos with Extra Strings(red)

A favorable YouTube video by a thrower who got this yoyo free convinced me that this could a pretty cool plastic, but it offers nothing that, for a few dollars more, other plastics exceed by a wide margin. Obviously inspired by the Skyva, it doesn't seem to be quite as heavy and therefore sheds inertia too fast. The finish is unimpressive: there were bumps in the middle of the finger spin cavity where the plastic was injected and there's a highly evident seam around the outer rim. It's somewhat more vibey than typical for a plastic and it lands at the end of the string with an unpleasant thump. In an attempt to get the bind response to normal levels of grip--it came problematically hard to bind--I put on new pads and a thick string, the cost of which probably exceed the value of the yoyo. It's billed as a "professional" yoyo for beginners (?), but I would not inflict this on a beginner; it would lead to frustration with a great hobby. The colors are nice, so have a star for that.

The performance for price of this yoyo is through the roof. Not to mention, it comes with a responsive bearing if you’re a beginner or looking for responsive play. I would put this right up there with the SF PLSTC or the Unparalleled Antidote. Super catchable shape for whips and slacks and the dimple In the cups makes finger spins effortless. i like it, like a thick skyva. plays a little light and floaty, but a nice throw. mine came with no graphics, which i like. its more transparent than the skyva, its so clear its crazy. good machining quality.

Far better than the replay/replay pro and it comes with the conversion bearing/axel.

Skyva-ish, Decent for the price.
