worst deal don't buy
its almost scrap but we purchased for 56K, its our badhardware issue, software issue and battery issue and lot more. facing new issues every day

My brother has been using it for already 2 weeks and so far the renewed machine is doing good.

Should have been really Refurbished
I expected this product to be refurbished but not sure how much of it was actually refurbished. I found two issues 1) The screen hinges were bit loose 2) When you use mouse pad, the mouse pointer is getting stuck regularly for few seconds. However, Amazon support was very professional and has obliged to replace the laptop. Awaiting a replacement.
