These socks are an excellent choice for yoga. They do not interfere with mat work and are a pleasure to wear. They do not pinch your toes and are easy to put on and take off. They also wash well. I have not put them in a dryer for fear they might shrink but they air dry quickly so that is good enough for me.

These don't fit and are such poor quality, not worth the bag they were sent in.WORST item ever from Amazon, avoid at all costs.
