Im 5:11 tall and my body weight is 185 lbsAnd the M size is to small in my opinion ,So think about this ....do your self a favor and get the L size .

Deceptive picture
Classic bait and switch. Selling pic shows leather knee guards and I got some painted on crap. I've had the leather ones before and they are great. These are horrible. I was deceived . I can't return because I needed them. As you can see by description pic I was screwed..

Knee Pad Size
I started working in construction a year ago and seen a lot of my coworkers had these knee pads. Im generally a smaller guy being 5’7. Alot of my coworkers have these knee pads but bigger sizes like large or extra large. Wanting the knee pads not being so big on me I order the medium sized pair. It suprised me seeing how little they actually were compared to the already big large pair. So you just have to find a happy middle if u want a more tug fit with these medium size pair. Or a more loose floppy fit in the large.

Great knee pads!
I’m changing my kitchen floor tiles and those knee pads are very helpful and soft - they stay in place and the cushion is very soft and sturdy!Shipment was super fast as well )

1.5 years of use and they are nearly done.
I suspected the velcro closure would fail first and it did. Also, I ordered Mediums but needed large - the size is in the length of the front of the pad. When they are too short, your knees miss the end of the pad when kneeling. They are wearing badly along the top but have not completely died yet. I would have hoped they would last for 5+ years for the cost. They are the most comfortable pads ive owned but not the most durable. I hate tossing things in the landfill so I am likely to try to add snaps to extend the life. I'm a pro user.

Moves around on your knee
This is very comfortable however, because it only has one strap it's not very stable on your knee. I had to return it because I'm afraid of the amount of movement, making it possible to sustain a knee injury while working.
