These mats are very thin compared to other silicone mats I've bought. Given the size I thought they'd be thicker to ensure durability. I'll be using them on a craft table and shouldn't need to move them a lot so hopefully they last a while. I was expecting more durability given the price so was a bit disappointed.

The Black is great but would also like to be available a neutral or transparent mat.

Holy Mother of pearl! I don't know how any child could even get near this for crafts! Not what I am using it for but still! The chemical smell is so strong it stunk up my entire basement and made me sick to my stomach. It's also nowhere near 100% silicone. Not worth $30 or getting high off chemical odor. I returned.

Description says 36 X 24. I should have known when it states later in the description at almost 2 feet by 3 feet. Literature in the pad states 23.75 X 35.5, but it's actually 23.375 X 35. Not sure if I'm returning. Product itself is as advertised, just the people who produce this don't know how to use a ruler!

My understanding is that silicon does not smell like this; a few other comments experienced the same. It absolutely reeks of offgassing chemicals, and none smell similar to silicone. I washed it, put it through the dishwasher, and left it outside to air out and still smelled strong enough to make me take it away from my daughter the first time she used it. Going back; not sure where this is manufactured, but likely not somewhere with standards and accountability. I question the 'non-toxic' and 'BPA Free' ratings.
