Q: how long to use the pads for 3 o5 days or more?

It depends on your feet and also how dark the pad changes color. My feet were in poor condition so I wore them for 5 days straight, then every other day. Now I wear them a couple times a week. In regards to wearing them to often, doesn’t to be a problem, thanks to the natural ingredients and the comfort of wearing them. Let the color change on the pad, be the deciding factor.

Q: How long until these no longer come off black? I'm on day 50 and no change yet.

I used a whole bag and had mostly black on the pads with some white dots the entire bag. I didn’t buy a second bag so I never got to clean pads. Two brands I tried before showed less black after a few days, but maybe there are that many toxins being ingested or exposed to that keep the pads black so long. I was also drinking detox tea everyday while using them. I am not sure.

Q: What exactly is that pad removeing? It says Toxins which is not clear to mean what exactly?

The toxins in the body can come out thru parts of your body including the soles of your feet which has skin that has pores in it.

Bamboo vinegar, Chitin, Vitamin C, Wormwood, Chitosan These work great!
