I have a Feonal 10.1" tablet and I really like it. It was a great upgrade from my previous non-Feonal tablet, but with some minor flaws I could live with. So when I saw the new Feonal 11" tablet come across my data feed, I knew I had to have it. Spoiler alert: this tablet is better. My impressions: - The new Feonal tablet has about the same form factor as my old one. Basically they've reduced the bezel size around the rim of the tablet, and modified the dimensions so that it is slightly longer and shorter. Result: 1 more inch of display. Nice! - The new tablet is about 1/2 lb lighter than the old one. The old one wasn't that heavy, but I mostly use my tablet as an e-book reader at night, so when sitting in bed holding the tablet with 1 hand, the weight difference is noticeable (and more comfortable!). - The new tablet is noticeably faster than the old one. This isn't really important to me since I'm mostly just reading e-books, but the reader loads significantly faster, so there is that... - The battery capacity is larger. I'm not sure how they got a bigger battery in this tablet and still reduced the weight, but there it is. My old tablet had a 6000mAh battery, while this new one has a 7000mAh battery. In practical terms, with my normal pattern of reading at night before I sleep, the new tablet will last an extra day before I have to recharge it. Note that this is one area where I think the tablet could be improved: the tablet sits mostly in sleep mode on my nightstand, but still drains about 10% of the battery each day. It would better if sleep mode used less power. But that's just me... - The display resolution has dropped from 1920x1200 to 1280x800. For my uses, the lower resolution isn't noticeable at all. It may make a difference when working with photos, for example. - The new tablet includes both wifi and cellular, while my old tablet was just wifi. The old tablet was available with a cellular option, but I didn't need it so I didn't order that version. With cellular in my new tablet, I still don't need it but I'll probably find some way to incorporate it into my normal routines (I try to be efficient that way). This tablet is a fantastic step up from my previous Feonal tablet, which was also a great step up. The build quality of the tablet is great, the customer service is great for the couple of times that I've actually had to contact them, and basically this tablet is a keeper. Highly recommended!

I have been very satisfied with this tablet since I purchased it in early June of this year primarily for the purpose of reading my email, eBooks/magazines, & some surfing on the web as well. I am 68, retired, & an avid reader who in addition to my email, can spend several hours each day enjoying one or more books or magazines which I have access to through Kindle Unlimited as a Prime account holder with Amazon. The tablet arrived in a solid & neatly packaged box that ensured its safety throughout the shipping process. I found I was able to launch the tablet immediately upon receipt as it arrived with a charge level of just under 50%. I was able to complete the very simple & easy-to-follow set-up process, download my Kindle reading app & full personal library, pick an eBook & begin my reading while it was completing its initial charging process. Though I do not use the tablet for any intense mathematical analysis, in addition to my reading, I surf the Internet, access my banking & financial information, & work within various Excel spreadsheets, yet have never experienced a battery drain in less time than specified. The display is clear, well lighted, & very responsive to touch, & what is more important, especially to those like myself who spend many hours a day reading from an illuminated screen, reading in excess of 15 books over the next month-&-a-half, was never impacted by a headache or any feeling of eye strain due to overly sharp-edged or fuzzy-edged letters or slight variances in illumination intensity. I did experience a technical issue with the tablet about 3 months after my purchase, but following a quick email exchange with Feonal & a 1-minute video showing the system issue I was experiencing with the tablet that I was able to take & provide via my mobile phone, they immediately replaced my tablet with a completely new one without any back-&-forth discussion regarding the time since my purchase or blame that the cause of the problem might be me versus the tablet. I’ve been impressed & satisfied with this tablet right from the start….from #1) shipment/delivery quality, to #2) ease of use quality, to #3) quality of the battery & #4) quality of the display, and finally #5) overall value for cost…clearly a 5 star assessment. On the other hand, due to the system issue I experienced I would have had to give it only 4 stars. However, I had to add the 5th star back in as a result of the support & backup provided by Feonal as the company stood firmly behind their 1-year warranty on the product.

Awesome tablet! Great picture quality and the videos are so clear and colorful. It turns on in about 30 seconds and best of all, the price I paid was unbelievable. Love it, love it, love it!

I bought this tablet because of the low price to use primarily to browse the internet and use as an ebook reader. It will be satisfactory to use for those purposes AT HOME, but it has a lot of annoying quirks and deficiencies. I guess you get what you pay for. I recently took the tablet with me on a trip and it was almost useless. When trying to connect to hotel internet, it would connect me to the hotel network, but it never took me to the screen where I had to accept terms and conditions to get an actual internet connection. My Samsung S9 phone worked perfectly in achieving the connection so I don't think there was any problem with the hotel network. The Tablet told me I was connected to the network, but I had not internet connection. I also have found the there is some kind of problem when I try and cut and paste a password into a website. If I type the password in manually, it works fine. But if I try and cut and paste it from my (password protected) password file, it doesn't work. Once again this works fine on my S9. Lastly, The screen rotation processing doesn't work reliably. Apps would sometimes show up upside down in the task view and then correct themselves after they were selected. Other times apps would insist on staying portrait or landscape. Once again, no problem with S9. There are other quirky things but they have been at worst a nuisance and I have found ways to overcome them. Bottom line. Not satisfied.

Nice tablet for the buck! I had an ipad mini 2 that just stopped downloading apps due to it being outdated and unsupported with no further updates being done to support todays apps so I said NO MORE ipads! Then started researching tablets! I didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars anymore so this one is great. I can’t see certain games I like to play on the phone so I had to invest in a tablet. My eyes aren’t what they use to be. I bought it to play games, load tv apps and social media. It’s pretty fast once you get it set up. You would think once you start downloading apps that it’s stuck but it’s only optimizing performance and it gets pretty decent download speeds after that. Colors are vibrant enough, quick navigation, no lags. The sound to me is very loud that I have to turn it down. You can format the SD card on the tablet as a “Portable” one or “Device Storage” option. I purchased a 256 SD card. I had to select “Portable” option while formatting on the tablet to be able to take the SD card out, transfer to computer to add music on it to play from my tablet and use Bluetooth option to connect to bluetooth stereo receiver, it works flawlessly! No connection issues. I tried the earphones with Apple earphones. There is no equalizer. The voices to me are louder so I have to turn the volume down cause it was very uncomfortable to listen to at a higher volume but it does have decent bass sound. If you’re a person who don’t like very loud music in your ear you’ll love it! If you’re looking for a reasonably priced tablet without breaking the bank this one is for you!

I've had it about 10 days but so far so good, with two exceptions - GPS support, and wifi speed. I didn't buy this primarily for navigation so that's not a deal breaker, but it's ability to pick up a GPS signal is horrible. I used a GPS tester app and after sitting there for a few minutes it could detect the satellites but not get a fix. Slightly better signal outside, but still unusable in the real world. In an actual test with Google Maps Navigation and driving, it took a moment to find my location, and then never reliably updated the location to where I actually was. It would say I'm on a completely different street, or just sitting there when I'm driving 35mph. It also does not appear to have a rotation sensor. Second, the 2GHz WiFi speed is only about half of what I can pick up on my phone. Useable, but I don't understand why it's so much slower. Is it broken, or just a low quality low-speed protocol chip? Who knows! Otherwise it works well. It's responsive as long too many apps aren't running. You can comfortably watch up to 1080p videos on this. (and YouTube will provide the option) You can watch 2k if you don't mind a little stuttering. It's always a gamble buying these cheap tablets. You never know what to expect from specs alone because the quality of components varies wildly. In this case it does most of what I want so I can't complain too much. If you don't care about navigation then it's a great value, especially if you get it on sale.

The tablet that I ordered from Feonal is an excellent product. I originally purchased the tablet in December 2024 as a Christmas present for my daughter. Within the last 6 months, the tablet encountered a problem with the charging port causing it to not charge effectively and having other issues that caused it not to work properly. I immediately contacted the Feonal customer service team to advise them of the issue. The customer service representative was very responsive and professional when I addressed the issue that I experienced. Krystal and the representatives in the department were able to accommodate me in every way by shipping out a brand new tablet. My daughter is very happy and so far I am not having any issues. Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, I encountered a small problem. However, everything was resolved with competency and the best professional ever. Thanks so much. I highly recommend.

I am the owner and user of several Amazon Fire tablets. My wife still uses her 10 inch Fire as a Kindle book reader and web browser/game play device. My own 10 inch (earlier version than hers) Fire served me for all her listed purposes as well as a viewer for an electronic edition of my home town daily newspaper. It served well for that purpose, briefly, but became increasingly slower and more frequently non-functional. The other functions seemed to be unaffected. I assumed that, after deleting and reinstalling the app and repeated and frequent reboots, the tablet o.s. version was incompatible with the newspaper app. I bought this bargain android tablet and separate portable keyboard as a device principally for use as a newspaper reader I can use while sitting in my recliner. It is a great little all around tablet, similar to the Fire tablets but without Amazon support. It is also a superior device for the purpose of reading my edition of the Fresno "Bee". All is good. I am satisfied.
