Enjoyed
I enjoyed learning about some of the mythology that comes from Korea. It would have been even better if I could read about Korean mythology from someone who was from or of Korean descent. Telling there own stories. There aren't that many good books on Korean mythology. This one is ok.

This book is perfect for a beginner in Korean mythology
This book is great, if, you want a brief gloss over Korean mythology. As someone who knows very little about Korea, let alone it's history, I enjoyed this book. Very pleased!

Not much
This is more like a hardcover pamphlet than book. It has fairly good size print. There is not as much in it as I had hoped. I have many books of mythology and they are all. . . well. . . books. Feels like this was mostly for kids and to make money.

could Disney have borrowed from Korean mythology to make Cinderella?
It's interesting to compare the beliefs in different cultures and see similarities as well as what sets them apart.S. Korea was my 1st overseas deployment when on Active Duty Army. So, I was curious to find out more than just having bulgogi. U really shoudl try bulgogi if U get the chance!Koreans simply seemed like decent people. The stories reflect their humility and good nature.

Korea as you have probably never known it
If you are Korean or have any ties to Korea this is a volume you will want to own. It is an interesting and colorful telling of the myths of a land most westerners find mysterious and even enchanting. As an American of European descent I found the stories delightful and a big help in understanding a land I know too little about.

More great mythology from captivating history
In this book of Korean mythology in legends, the mitts are breaking up into sections such as kings, animals, family 💘’s ET see. I love mythoIn this book of Korean mythology and legends, the Mets are breaking up into sections such as kings, animals, families ET see. I love mythology from any country but I was so pleased to see that one of my favorite Cinderella tell links from another country who is in this book. I heard it before but didn’t know what country now I know it’s from Korea. Mythology from any country could be shared with the young children and I know it’s for mine they loved it growing up. They didn’t know the difference between that and a regular story and it’s a great way to find out the way people are in different countries surprisingly do usually learn that they are much like you and I. I highly recommend this book I loved it!
