have had a couple of commercial soap dispensers, they all keep failing. This one feels more heavy duty. time will tell

Started off working fine. Quickly went downhill from there. The wall mount is plastic and not terribly strong. So it broke after refilling twice. If the soap is too thick, the dispenser gives up. And there's not really a good way to tell if your soap is too thick. I bought a gallon of the recommended Dial hand soap. Too thick. So this dispenser is going in the trash. It was terribly expensive, which I'd associated with good build quality and durability but was sorely mistaken.

Bought 4 of these in February 2025 as replacing other dispenser's, ordered early as as needed for opening for our season May 1st, after 3 weeks of light use one no longer works, replaced batteries and nothing, reached out to seller on Amazon, no response from them... Not worth buying, unfortunately I am going to buy a replacement as they need to look the same, just worried how long before I'll be replacing them all, and for over $50.00 thought would be good quality.updateed 7/5/25..After writing this review, the supplier/ Mfg. reached out and sent a replacement per the warranty. Very pleased. Thank you !!

Seems good quality. Easy installation. Has some left to it. Nice finish. Adjustments for dispensing is easy. Tile will tell for motor pump quality. The fill cover does somewhat get in the way when filling attached to wall. You will need to hold the cover open while pouring. Would be nice if it stayed up or came off all together or even opened to the sides. Just a thought for future redesign. 😉

UPDATE: I reached out to seller and they replaced both dead units within days. Outstanding customer service and great communication! Updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars hoping the replacement units last longer than the failed units. Will update if there is another failure.ORIGINAL POST:This is the second unit we purchased. It replaced an identical unit that failed after 3 months. This one didn't last two weeks. These unit were not installed in a high traffic area. Oddly, the one we have in the men's bathroom is still the original install and has not failed... yet.
