Good brand, great for s.a.d.
I've ordered several different brands of this product, and this is the one I keep coming back to. Others smell of plastic, this one smells of ... st john's wort. This one is also labeled with allergen info, which is not always the case w/ other ones I bought.As for the product, I start taking it the first day of fall through the first day of spring, and it has a very pronounced effect on my s.a.d. I don't know how I made it through winter without it.

Life changer
I've struggled with anxiety and some depression but didn't want to take any medications. This works wonders! It help stopped most of my anxiety and depression along with racing thoughts. Definitely recommend if you need that extra help.
