The is a nice phone for the money. Has more features than my old phone. I have only had it a couple of days so I'm still learning. If you are considering this phone, don't hesitate, it is well worth the price. If you don't want to use all the newer features, you can turn them off.

Fast, easy, affordable!

When first opening and charging this unit it seemed all "Greek" to me and as if I'd never figure it out. Wrong because by the following day I had everything figured out. I am not rich and also a part of the SafeLink minutes program. Now I fit in with the rest of world with a phone to stare down at while in waiting room situations (LOL) as I quickly became accustomed to usage. It is labeled as causing cancer in CA and not allowed to sold in that state. Am I being exposed to that very same cancer risk while Amazon has no regard for my future health utilizing this Smartphone? That is why only 3 stars: due to the cancer risk for CA residents.

I was most concerned about photo viewing, and it's excellent.

I'm 73 years old and this phone is new to me.. I need to take baby steps to learn it. Not use to a SMART PHONE... My other phone wasn't a SMART PHONE.. So it is taking me a little time to use it...Will get there in time..

This is an old model and I don't think you can buy it anymore, but if you can, don't. Many of them have a randomly rebooting issue ,which is totally unacceptable. If you need a phone to work with your Safelink SIM card, you can't find one that states specifically that it works with Safelink, and you're unsure of the unlocked choices you've found, one that specifically works with Tracfone only will work just fine as Tracfone directly provides Safelink through the associated US Federal Government program for qualified low income folks, and there are many reasonably priced choices on Amazon.

This looked like a decent phone with decent features without the hype.
