Perfect for tea drinkers
I couldn’t be happier with this tea cup! The ARRADEN Tea Cup with Infuser is perfect for tea lovers like me who enjoy a seamless and relaxing brewing experience. The 18oz size is generous, making it ideal for those long tea sessions or anyone who loves a large cup of tea. The included stainless steel infuser is high-quality, with fine holes that keep even the smallest tea leaves out of my drink. It fits perfectly inside the cup and is easy to remove and clean. The two lids are a fantastic bonus—one for keeping the tea warm while steeping and another for doubling as a coaster or infuser holder to keep things tidy. The cup itself is sturdy, beautifully designed, and holds heat well without making the handle too hot to touch. It’s clear that ARRADEN thought of every detail to create a premium tea-drinking experience. I’ve used it daily since it arrived, and I’m thoroughly impressed by both the functionality and aesthetics. Whether you’re buying it for yourself or as a gift, this tea cup is a winner. Highly recommended!

Great but the plastic drinking lid won't stay on.
I bought this mug for my husband for Christmas. I wanted him to have something he could reheat on the warmer or take with him in the car. Unfortunately the plastic drinking lid does not have great suction and pops off during travel.

Overpriced, but beverages taste great
My first impression when opening the package was that I'd been ripped off. If I'd seen this on a shelf I wouldn't have paid $20 for it, and that's still true. It's just very plain looking, which I don't usually care about, but this product is AGGRESSIVELY plain. But then I used it. The lid doesn't stay on well, but it's a ceramic mug, it's not going to. But it stays hot, it fits in a cup holder, and after using it for both coffee and tea, the drinks TASTE BETTER. Better even than my usual at-home mug. It's still overpriced, but after using it, I'm no longer going to make a special trip to Barnes and Noble to get that other ceramic travel mug that wasn't so plain-looking.

Lid not secure
Love the cup but the lid doesn't stay on when drinking and could spill easily.

I've learned to like the lid....
Please see UPDATE at the bottom. This first part of the review (regarding the lid) was back in 2022. --------- original review --------- At first I didn't like the lid. But now I do, after figuring out a simple trick. The trick is to simply turn the lid as you're putting it on or taking it off. It only takes about 1/8 of a turn. Problem solved for me, and I have enough confidence in it. If you pull the lid straight up or push it straight down without turning, the flexible seal can either come out of its groove or may twist. When this happens, and you put the lid on, the lid wants to pop back off. That really bothered me at first. If the seal does get twisted, it's really easy to put it back in place, once you've done it a couple of times. That rarely happens to me now. Glad about this, because really like the mug itself. I'm not saying I would trust this lid for very long if the mug fell completely over when it's full. I use it in our car daily, fill it to near the top, and drink from the opening in the lid (despite the instructions not to). My coffee is not normally scalding hot by the time I'm in the car. -------------------------- UPDATE 2026: I still use my two mugs every day, and they're still really great. I came back to add a comment that some might find helpful (applies to any ceramic mug). When I want my coffee to stay hot for longer, before I make the coffee I'll put some hot tap water from the faucet into the mug and let it sit for about 20 or 30 seconds, and then pour it out. Otherwise, when the hot coffee water goes into the mug, a noticeable portion of the heat just goes towards heating up the mug, which cools the coffee. Sometimes when I want to drink the coffee more quickly and don't want it too hot, I don't preheat it. In terms of retaining the heat, of course a ceramic mug won't compete with an insulated thermos, but I 100% prefer using these ceramic mugs. (and I still like the lid)

Convenient and Perfect for Loose Leaf Tea
This ceramic cup is such a useful addition to my kitchen. It comes with a large stainless steel strainer that fits right inside the cup, so you can brew your tea directly in it. That makes the whole process simple and streamlined. It also includes a lid, which is perfect for steeping. Once the tea is ready, you can easily lift out the strainer and dispose of the loose leaves without making a mess. I love loose leaf tea, but it can sometimes feel like extra work compared to tea bags. This cup makes brewing, cleanup, and disposal quick and easy. If you enjoy loose leaf tea, this is a practical and convenient option.

Nice Design, But Doesn't Stay Hot
UPDATED: I've had this for a few days now and I'm downgrading from a 3 to a 1. This cup is WORTHLESS at keeping a drink hot. Within a few minutes the inside is lukewarm at best, yet the outside is randomly hot. Did they put the wrong material on the inside? Why would they create a mug for tea/coffee that doesn't keep it hot/warm for a decent time? A regular coffee mug works better. Can't believer there aren't more reviews complaining about this unless they tend to gulp down their tea within 5 minutes. Will be giving to Goodwill and buying something else. I like the idea of the cup, but unfortunately I've found my tea cools off quicker than I'd like. That may have been a bad assumption on my part, I was expecting this to act more like a thermos and I should have researched a bit more, the design and the lid led me to believe it was designed for that purpose. I thought it would be a step up from a regular coffee/tea cup in that sense, especially since I keep the lid on, but it seems to cool at the same rate, so not a dealbreaker, just unexpected. Weirdly, the outside of the cup stays pretty hot even after my tea has cooled down some, so you would think the liquid would be hot too. In the end, it's not a bad cup, I like having the lid as a holder for the infuser/tea bag or as a coaster and I like the sippy cup lid as weel and it's functional overall. As long as you weren't expecting it to keep your coffee/tea super hot like a thermos cup, then I would recommend it.
