Organic and fresh tasting pumpkin seeds. I ordered the unsalted and seeds were great. I enjoy pumpkin seeds for the health benefits because they are rich in healthy fats, magnesium, zinc, and antioxidants. Seeds were not dry and had a good mild color of green.I actually think consuming the seeds late in the afternoon helps me sleep better. I would purchase these again.
