but the inability to erase the ink from the board easily has persisted
Critical to a "dry-erase" board is the term "erase". The pen that came with the clipboard wrote very poorly, and was virtually not erasable. I switched over to higher quality brand dry erase pens, but the inability to erase the ink from the board easily has persisted. That's more than a challenge when trying to use the board during an actual basketball game....

This is the worst dry erase board I've ever used
This is the worst dry erase board I've ever used. I drew on the board and the marker wouldn't erase. Tried using a different pen of my own and still didn't work. It was more like paper then dry erase. Do not buy this.

In the end I'm happy with the colors
Doesn't erase as well as I thought it would, but gets the job done. In the end I'm happy with the colors, like how the clip is on the back side, and the layout is practical. Good buy.

Dry erase pens don't work on this board!!!
Very disappointed in the product. Had difficulty erasing dry erase pen that accompanied the product. Tried numerous dry erase pens which smeared on the board. Had to really scrub hard to remove the ink. Basically useless after that.
