Really is do it yourself-and the price?
How is this 70 bucks? Elsewhere online it's $29.95. Not only that, the instructions, if you go online where you must in order to find out how to make these, are skimpy. The food coloring bottles are tricky to open and hence, you may end up, like me, with blue fingers. The yeast (included) did not proof: I used my own. The flour measurement should be in grams: I didn't recalculate and just went with the instructed 2/3 cup, which meant for the last color I didn't have enough flour and had to sub my own. This is not easy by any means. That's why it's hard to find good bagels!
