Love this fishing reel!

Firstly, having used Daiwa products throughout my many years of fishing, I can say that I have total faith that my new Crossfire 20 LT 5000 will last me well if given the same care as the rest of my gear. On to the reel itself, the spool capacity holds a good amount of line. I’ve put 15lb fluorocarbon on this particular reel for use as a general purpose, take anywhere and do just about anything set up. It’s worth mentioning though to those who have 4000 sized reels (my Abu Cardinal SX40 and Daiwa Ninja BG LT 4000 are pictured) to compare it to that the difference in overall size is minimal. It’s a lovely smooth reel and the drag will no doubt subdue a fair sized fish.

I bought half a dozen budget 1000-2000 reels. This was the best one.
