This thing was easy to install but you should know it crashes constantly always have to reset it and the hands-free calling is very low volume the person can barely hear you with internal or external microphone tech support was not very helpful

Does anyone know the tech support contact info I need to figure out how the eq and some other functions work

I lost my icons, quick answer from tech support.Finger swipe, I should have tried that before contacting them.They immediately addressed my question.I love my purchase!I just love this touchscreen!I hired Best Buy’s Geek Squad to install.They wrapped it up in an hour, they said it was an easy installation.Backup camera video is amazing.Sound quality is excellent.Took me a few minutes to figure out how get CarPlay to work, just go to apps, select Z-Link, and it is connected.I’ll give support a huge shout out, I ordered the wrong product the first time. I needed the 4G version that supports CarPlay.They immediately credited my account, and sent me the new touchscreen after I ordered the correct version.You can’t go wrong with this.Excellent product, and excellent company.

I bought the 4GB Ram+64GB version about 2 years ago. (This was first unit).I bought this version over the 2GB because I saw a lot of negative reviews about the 2GB being laggy. I will admit that I never experienced lagginess with this unit when using the apps. The stereo worked ok but the android auto never connected right. I found a weird way to make it work more often than not so didn't complain.You should not buy this unit if all you care about is Bluetooth.ALL stereos should come standard with Bluetooth, radio, and the better ones, with apple carplay and android auto so that shouldn't be the selling point for you.Yes, this tesla style stereo looks awesome because it looks stock when installed but be warned, one inch at the bottom of the screen gets consumed by the ac info which you can never remove or minimize, and 1 inch at the top of the screen get consumed by other apps. This means that maps (for example) is never full screen so do not assume you're going to have this giant screen for viewing maps.I will point out that android auto worked flawlessly when connected to my phone directly by cable but I didn't pay premium price for just that.I installed the provided rearview camera and cables and everything worked great. I even bought a more high definition rearview camera and still worked and the resolution was incredible, but again, that was mainly due to the better camera I bought.The first unit started blurring after 2 years. I had bought insurance for it, so sent it back and got an amazon gift card of the original purchase price.I bought the exact unit again, since I did like the previous one and thought that the new one might work better than the first. I was hugely mistaken.Second unit:Android auto almost NEVER worked wirelessly no matter how I played with the unit like before.Also, when it did connect, the screen was always off and touchscreen would not respond right.Would blur out once in awhile randomly.I did contact customer support. I will admit their customer service is really good.They do reply back within a day, and they even gave me an update for the unit to see if this corrected my problems. It did not. I ended up sending it back and did not try to continue diagnosing it with tech support since I paid way too much money for it not to work right out of the box.I ended up founding A WAY better stereo for my cruze (different look and brand).Overall, again, this unit is Ok, but the 4GB Ram + 64 GB version is definitely not worth the price.

If you’re dedicated to install you can get it done yourself otherwise just hire Best Buy’s geek squad. Overall I have had small issues at first but everything seems to be working perfectly now and my interior is beautiful!

Very easy install. Automatically found my steering wheel controls and connectors that matched up with the factory connections worked great !

worked good for a year and then screen just when really dim so you can’t even tell what’s on screen without complete darkness.
