It does not matter what kind of work you're doing if you're doing wood work if you doing work on fiberglass this paint slides off the brush you can also do a rolling tip and it has a mirror finish I love total boat product

I foam rolled my lobster boat and used a 15 % total boat reducer. Temp was 85 degrees. 75 % humidity.Light sand between coats. I am happy with the paint.

This is a solid paint! used it on an exterior door jamb, that got beaten by AZ heat and "rain".

Overall I’m happy with the durability. This paint does have some weird properties that could be me. The self leveling sometimes leaves some small areas without paint. Generally it’s not a big deal, I used this on a fiberglass boat dash that had some sort of vinyl top layer on it, the vinyl had cracked in spots, if you put enough of this on it seems to seal it. It paints easy with a foam roller, I found spraying multiplied the weird effect I would see, maybe it just needed multiple coats with spraying. It’s pretty thin in my opinion with is a little tough to work with, dries to a nice shell of a finish. So far I like the results.

I use this paint to paint an old kayak. It turned out absolutely beautiful and very water resistant.

First and most importantly: do your research. Our 20 year old fiberglass slide had a lot of cracks. I bought the 3M fiberglass repair, 1 QT total boat primer & thinner along with 1 QT of paint. I found that a rinsed and dryed microfiber roller and paintbrush technique worked best to ensure a great finish. The foam rollers fell apart. I also invested in a sander which helped with the prep work once the primer dried. Dilute 10% minimum as the warmer weather made everything dry more quickly. I would wait 2-3 days between priming and painting to ensure it’s dry. Then another few days before using. Proper priming made everything smooth, but sticky for the perfect finish. I used one coat and followed it up with a touch up coat for a flawless finish with plenty to also do the underneath as well. Our slide looks brand new!

Watch out do not mistake this as Hatteras off-white. Since total boat didn't offer Hatteras off white in this line I made a bad assumption that their off-white was simply their way of saying Hatteras off-white without saying the word Hatteras. Hatteras off-white is a creamy very soft 1950s color. This is not that , this is white or just barely off-white. Additionally it is very thin and it does not cover well compared to most of the other boat brands of which I have used almost all of them. Spend the extra $10.00 and buy the better brand.
