Awesome upgrade that I needed for my mom. I had bought her a year ago a smaller sized month pill box. However due to the size of the notorious fish oil pills and the joint supplements, she needed something bigger. I got this and it was perfect. Could for the 2 fish oil capsules, the other supplements AND the routine medication in these.

The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure why others had issues with these containers. Some said the containers fall out, are difficult to click in and out, or hurt their hands. Maybe they didn’t realize you need to TWIST to click them in and out (righty-tighty, lefty-loosey). I used one hand to hold my phone while taking this video and the other hand to remove and replace one of the containers. I shook the container in the video showing that they don’t easily fall out.Another comment mentioned they couldn’t read the words on the containers, so they wrote on them with markers. Maybe the product has been updated since those reviews were written? I purchased this in February 2025, and this is the best pill organizer system I’ve owned. It holds all of my prescription pills, a huge multivitamin, and several gummy vitamins on one side (the morning side). You don’t see those in the video because I ran out and need to go buy more vitamins.It’s a great system for me since I can fit a month’s worth of meds in the organizer, which helps me avoid having several different-sized pill bottles in my vanity. I’m happy with this purchase

its a bit hard to take the circles out of their trays when you first get them as my fingers were too big to fit in the gaps between trays and they place them so the openings face the top and bottom so its otherwise too smooth to grip. ive been inserting with the opening dips facing the sides and have no problem now. Great storage capacity. the containers need to be loose in the organizer in order for it to close.

I take twelve pills a day, and the size and shape are perfect for me. The containers sort of rock into place, which is quite nice, and I didn't expect it. However, the tabs are liable to break easily. I enjoy it, and I'm glad to only have to refill my pill box once a month. But also, this is just four weekly pill organizers that latch together. You can probably save a little money by just buying four pill organizers. Also, they make you put the stickers on yourself.

Great aid if you have multiple prescriptions. You can put a months worth of medication in the holders both day and night.

Perfect for my mom when traveling for a month.

Plenty of room in each box for a number of pills!

Love these, fill up once a month then done for the rest of the month.
