Roasted millets
I bought Anthony’s Organic Hulled Millet to try out a Chinese remedy I heard about for inflammation and overall health. I fry about 100g of millet with shaved ginger slices for 10-15 minutes until it turns a roasted brown color and smells nice and toasty. Then I store it in a jar and every morning, I scoop out two tablespoons, pour in boiling water, and let it steep. It’s supposed to help with inflammation, digestion, and even support heart health. The millet itself is super fresh and has a nice, clean taste — perfect for this kind of drink. If you’re looking for good-quality millet for remedies or just to eat, this one’s definitely worth trying!

Been Buying this Product for Many Years
I put 1/4 cup Millet in a pot with 1 cup liquid (1/4 cup coconut cream + water), bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 12-15 minutes or until water is absorbed. I have been having this for breakfast for many years. It is good and healthy. I always buy this brand of Millet.

Polished or unpolished?? Will the company answer my question?
This product is very easy to cook. I place two cups of water to one cup of millet, and pressure cook for 15 minutes. However, I have one nagging question, which I cannot get answered. Is this product polished or unpolished?

Yummy and nutritious
Millet contains a lot of nutrients that are missing in the Standard American diet. It's a great substitute for rice and even makes a yummy hot cereal. It has a mild nutty flavor similar to cous cous. It can hide in soups and casseroles. You need to boil for 20 minutes though. Just plan ahead and you are good.
