No impact from taking them
I am very ambivalent about these multivitamins. I have taken them regularly but feel no different, and that makes them pretty difficult to review! I wouldn't expect multivitamins to have much of an impact short term, and would have nothing other than price to use to compare them to alternatives. However, they are quite a bit more expensive than some pharmacy or supermarket brands, so I wouldn't order them again.

Good range of vitamins and minerals
I take a multivitamin every day as I don’t have the healthiest of diets so I want to try and make sure I get the essential nutrients such as vitamin C and calcium. There’s a good mix of vitamins and minerals in these tablets, you only need 1 a day and the pack will last a couple of months.I find it unusual that these are solid tablets instead of capsule form, the do have a slight flavour to them, this is normal with any multivitamin that contain minerals, especially iron. They’re easy enough to swallow with a good gulp of water.A little more expensive than I would normally expect to pay but the list of nutrients is comprehensive.Hope you found my review helpful

DaliVit Adult Multivitamin Tablets
Supplied in a neat plastic bottle inside a cardboard box (both recyclable). The tablets themselves are quite large but are easy to swallow and they contain a wealth of essential vitamins and minerals. Importantly, this supplement contains 100% NRV dosage of all the major contents, including vitamins C, D and Iron. Calcium and Magnesium are 33% and 25% NRV.I have been taking daily supplements for as long as I can remember and so would not expect to "feel" any different at all with these - however, I can say that the occasional times I have run out of multi-vits and minerals I have noticed the difference. We cannot always manage to source the advised 5-a-day that is recommended, especially not the variety needed, and so supplements such as these are excellent to ensure our bodies get the full daily range of required vitamins and minerals. For a quality product, I find the price point to be reasonable, especially since it contains 1005 NRV of all the essential requirements. This is a product I would certainly re-order for myself.Use by date is also generous, some 3 years hence on the bottle I received.

Decent content
The content is pretty comprehensive. I didn't have any difficulties in swallowing them and the packaging was secure.

Rather expensive compared to supermarket multivitamin tablets
I got these on Amazon Vine. These multivitamins come in a plastic tub of 60 tablets so will last two months - the plastic tub comes inside a cardboard box (which I think is not needed). They contain 24 essential vitamins and minerals so obviously much easier to take than several separate vitamin and mineral tablets. These multi vitamins are free from: nuts, sugar, sweeteners, artificial colours and flavours, salt and artificial preservatives. These tablets are also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. These multivitamin tablets are slightly on the large side so not that easy to swallow. They don’t really taste of anything. As for value for money they are much more expensive than my usual supermarket multivitamin tablets. These tablets are £8.95 for 60 which I consider to be very expensive. My usually brand costs less than £2.

A great way to take your vitamins. Convenient and economical
You get 60 multivitamins so good value. The advantage of multi vitamins is that you do not have to remember to take one of C, one of D etc......this has all the essentials for which the recommended dose is 1 a day. Another advantage of buying multivitamins is that they are more economical that buying the different types. So these have the advantage of being convenient, economical and can be taken by male of female. The tablets are easy to swallow. I cannot say that multi vitamins work or not. Since I started taking them a few years back, I think I have had fewer colds and have generally been fitter. Down to the vitamins? Maybe? Probably? All the experts recommend vitamins and they are essential and almost certainly must do some good. I will continue to take them and this is a great way to taking them.

Vegan multivitamins
I have never checked my usual multivitamins to see if they are vegan but these ones say they are plus they avoid allergens and GMOs etc. They contain the same vitamins and minerals as other multivitamins and most are at 100% RDA which is great. The tablets are a good shape for me to swallow but.be warned they are on the large size. They are a bit more expensive than those you can buy in the supermarket so I guess there is a premium for vegan products at the moment.

Always check the %NRV in any multivits before you buy, these are OK
The Dalivit multivits and minerals have a standard 100% NRV balance in content, except for lacking in Magnesium and Calcium. The tablets are the normal size, easy enough to swallow, and will give you enough of most of the supplements you might need, except for 33% Calcium, and 25% Magnesium. These last two are the only significant lacks, but if you drink enough hard water you should be OK there too.See the %NRV listing in the illustrations above and make up your own mind if these are what you want.My local supermarket’s own brand tablets have a complete balance, 100%NRV in all categories, and the box usually contains ninety for a similar outlay. So it is well worth shopping around.
