BOUNDARY 92737 Outdoor Survival Knife with Fixed 4.5-Inch Partially Serrated 420 Stainless Blade and Sheath, Survival Tools

I have mainly used this as a camping/outdoor knife and even a hunting knife for gutting and skinning. So far I haven't had any major problems with it. I was bugged about the Velcro strap witch is a good idea but didn't work very well when there is more motion such as jogging or running Overall a good knife for the price

I'm probably a little weird and picky about this knife, so you've been warned.PROS:I like the knife. The blade is good and strong. It came fairly sharp. I like the rubberize grip (more than I thought I would). It feels solid in my hand. I like that it includes a sharpener and that it has a little pocket for it. I always forget to sharpen my knife, because I don't remember to carry one with me and I am too lazy when I get home. I might actually sharpen it now that I carry a sharpener with it. We'll see.My favorite thing is the velcro belt loop. I wish more things were made like this. The velcro is strong, but it is nice not to have to undo your belt to remove it.CONS:I don't like the location of the firestarter on the sheath. The way the firestarter is attached and the little rope that holds it attached makes it bulky and susceptible to catching on something. I just removed the firestarter and put it in my pack.I like it, but if I had to choose again I would have chosen the folding knife -  Boundary 92739 Folding Sheath Knife with Drop Point & Serrated Blade . I have had several knives in the past and as soon as I received this one I was immediately impressed. The packaging was great. It came in a nice box with great presentation. The knife is built well and feels great when holding and using it. It is weighted great and feels like a very high quality knife. It has a serrated section of the blade for sawing etc as well as a standard blade. It is very versatile. It comes with its own sharpener that does a great job considering its size. It fits inside the sheath so you can have your sharpener with you at all times. It also has a fire starting attachment that can come in handy if you are in need of starting a fire and don't have other means. With a little practice it becomes fairly easy to start a fire using the included tools. Overall I am very impressed with this knife. It is a great product at a great price. I plan on using this knife for a very long time. I received this knife at no cost in exchange for my honest review.

Wow. I cannot wait to go camping with this knife. Well-crafted, solidly built, with decent heft and nice balance. The handle has a no-slip grip, which is perfect for camping conditions. The combo blade is convenient for a variety of uses. This knife was made for hard use in rugged conditions and I'd highly recommend it to the serious hiker, camper, and hunter.My only disappointment is that I've never camped in a situation where I had to start a fire with anything other than matches or a lighter. This knife, though it did include a firestarter kit, did not include instructions on how to use the accessories that came with it. In the future, I hope the manufacturer will consider including instructions for those of us who may be clueless as to how to start a fire with this device. On the bright side, I did find how-to videos online that showed how simple, quick, and easy it is to use the fire starter rod.
