Contraband Playing Cards

So I Ordered these card being a magicianand when I opened them they had a big stain across one side of them and a smaller stain on the other side (I was not super happy) knowing that these would not be acceptable for performing and playing I went to return them and was very happy to see that they would replace the item as well as give free first-day shipping. I love the back design, the box and I love the face cards. Can't wait to get the replacement tomorrow. To sum it up The cards are great as well as Amazon return policy. If you are looking to add to your card collection, start one or just have a cool looking deck I suggest these!!!

I had read a review where someone said the Contraband card box looked "ornate" but the cards looked light and were mostly "black and white". I personally feel the cards themselves are absolutely gorgeous. The colors are muted to a degree, but I think that was the point. If you're looking for bright, eye-popping color, than this deck is not for you. The product photos give more than a pretty good idea of what you're getting with your purchase. I think the intricate detail of the cards is really the selling point here. The detail on each suit, especially when speaking of the royal court, is extraordinary. I use these cards mainly for card tricks, but if you're more of a card player, I almost guarantee your friends will be really impressed as these just don't have that generic look to them. Strongly recommend for card lovers of all types. Salute to Theory 11.

Great cards and a really beautiful design. The only unfortunate part was that I got these a few days ago and removing the seal damaged part of the foil. I also received the item and immediately started to see the foil peeling a the edges of the box especially around the opening. It’s a piece of art but the damage detracts from the craftsmanship. I will say that I bought the NPH cards as well and they shipped completely fine.Update: awesome customer service they sent me a new pack in a day super Satisfied with this purchase.

They are very slick when arriving and wear down over time as expected but the case will break easily and you will have to store them in a bag or something else after casual use.

My wife knows I collect cards and got these for me as a gift. Absolutely gorgeous deck! There’s attention to every detail. My favorite cards I own!

The cards high premium and they look cryptic in nature.I would say if you like the Color Black, this is a good substitute for black cards.

This is an awesome deck of cards. One thing that is consistently a bit of a downside for me when buying the amazingly customized decks is that they all seem to leave the card faces alone. I understand that from a practical game play standpoint, a lavish card face could become a distraction, but for a beautiful custom deck such as this one you're probably not buying it with the intentions of playing too many card games. (If you are, I still highly recommend because these cards look amazing.) All that being said, these cards have a stunning back design and are paired with equally awesome face designs especially on the aces and also on the royalty cards.
