Ultra Large U Shape Power UF86A Transformer Ferrite Core 1 Set

it is a good thing I bought 2 pairs, one of them was broken when it arrived , have not tested the core yet, not worth the fright to send back.

Product came well protected, and arrived in perfect condition. My only concern is I cannot find a datasheet anywhere on this specific core. I have read over quite a few datasheets searching for this core already and cannot find it. I can find cores similar but nothing with this cores dimensions so the actual flux density and such is a mystery unless you are a true professional and have all the equipment to get this information. But using some basic calculations and using the data from a core of similar size, I actually choose one a tad bit smaller to be on the safe side you can actually build some nice transformers with this. I'm personally using this to learn how to build transformers. This is a beautiful practice core that can work with High and Low Frequencies upto 200kHZ. I'm sure this core is a wonderful production piece as well but without the datasheet it's more like a paperweight. If the seller answers and responds to my question for a datasheet I will change this review and post the datasheet figures here.
