Good size grains not powder. Good and "fresh" with delishious aroma and taste. Easy to use just add to water and cook. Use it in any dish, very diverse in functionality. Lots of value for money, big package.

This is an absolute go to for numerous recipes. I use this for everything from general seasoning to making a fast garlic sauce for Mediterranean or Persian foods. The flavor is consistent, the dried garlic reconstitutes easily, and the sizing is great.

We go through lots of garlic and other McCormick spices with a large family. These spices are always fresh and a great value. They fit perfectly on our pantry shelves. We buy these spices repeatedly. We also purchase McCormick spices almost exclusively because we have family members with celiac and gluten sensitivities and we can trust McCormick individual spices to be gluten free, which is importantly for us. The minced garlic is a staple in most of our dishes. Because we go through quite a bit, it doesn’t stay too long in our pantry, it does stay fresh for several months.

The great thing about buying dried minced garlic is that you just hydrate it and now you have fresh minced garlic. You can use it in any application that freshman's garlic is needed without mess and stinky fingers. You get all the texture and all of the flavor without the fuss. Someone else does the work for you and that's fantastic! This particular brand is very good and I definitely recommend it
