This thing is great! I wish that I had found it sooner. I just minced up an entire bunch of cilantro from Walmart and it barely took me a minute. Very sharp. Easy to use. Easy to take apart to rinse clean. The price put me off at first, but not now. Well worth it in convenience and performance. Get yourself one!

My wife and I often cook with fresh herbs and spices and for us this little items device was worth every penny. We can strip and slice cilantro, parsley etc. in a fraction of the time.

This little gadget is a nice addition to the kitchen. Great for mincing and chopping herbs, without the worry of cutting a finger in the process. I’ve found it even works well to cut shreds of lettuce or cabbage into smaller pieces. I appreciate having the scraper end, the comfortable fit in my hand, and the convenience of being able to disassemble and clean it. The herb stripper is a nice addition, but I haven’t found it to be as effective as a different style I’ve used in the past...but it does work. I do find the minced herbs tend to bunch up around the blades where it rolls into the plastic housing, and with the blades being so sharp (which is great!), it’s tricky to get the herbs out. The depth in diameter of the sharp rolling blades also makes it a little difficult to get it thoroughly clean when washing, but I ordered a small brush to help with that. All in all, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.

Easy to use and a very excellent herb chopper

I never knew this amazing little device existed, and I’ve wasted years tediously chopping herbs by hand—a task that takes several minutes to complete and one I have despised doing in the past. This nifty little utensil simplifies chopping herbs to just a few seconds and avoids the danger and messiness of using your fingers, too. I use A LOT of fresh cilantro, basil, and parsley in my cooking and this herb cutter produces chopped herbs with just a few rolls back-and-forth over the leaves. It really is a game-changer for my meal prep. It changes a task that I used to hate doing into something I now enjoy, and it’s super easy to clean, too. I cannot recommend this device enough if you like to cook with fresh herbs and rate it with all the stars!

This product does do what it says it will. But with the awkwardness of putting it together and then taking it apart to clean Etc., it's much easier just to use a knife to chop your herbs.

Great gadget for cooks, a simple device that dramatically shortens the work and makes herb prep effortless

This is the third chopper I have purchased - the first one for me and then the other two for gifts. This chopper is amazing. It's well made, sharp, easy to clean, and most importantly works really well on rosemary and thyme - it even strips the rosemary from the stem. It's also comfortable to use and quick. Once you have done your mincing, it opens up for easy cleaning (it takes a moment to figure out how it opens, but it does open). The blade and the holder can then be hand washed or go through the dishwasher.

Great tool , easy to clean. Saves a lot of time

My favorite slicer cause it's retractable (SAFER) and compact

I use this for parsely and dill every day or so. It is so easy to prepare the herbs for my sauces and salads. It takes less than a minute to chop to the level I like, which is perfect for me. It's also very easy to pop open and clean with very little waste because I wipe the last bits into my cooking with a finger. I can just wash both the frame and blade under the tap in seconds. For the cost, this is marvellous. Highly recomend over the expensive wheel and cranking type. I've owened them all. Much easier to clean and love the simplicity.
