Belrauch Handy Oil - Petroleum-Free Lubricating Penetrating Oil - 4 Ounce Twist Drip (Pack of 1)

Non toxic, works very well for a variety of uses. A bit thinner than I would like, it is easy to waste a lot of you are not careful. The dispenser cap on the bottle is not good for many of the uses I have for it and I ended up dispensing a lot more than I wanted. But, if you put it in a refillable needle oiler it is easy to use without waste.

Did not work for my application. I did not try a conventional oil base anti-seize product to compare (yet) It was a steel set screw against aluminum from the late 80's / early 90's - which metals tend to fuse I am told over time. Difficult job and it was put to the test and failed. I will have to drill it out.

Could not remove bolts from my snow blade until I use "Handy Oil", came off without any effort!!!

I was recently given a small bottle of what i call "miracle in a bottle" solution, and all i can say is wow. This is a must have for all applications. I am a pretty well weathered handman doing all kinds of side jobs. Just recently i was give the task of drilling out a stripped shaft in order to install a roll pin, this liquid allowed me to drill a hardened shaft with ease and little to no damage to the bit tip. Also i have used for tapping holes worked great, without the horrible smell of Tap Majic. When i first got the product i was excited to try on our 325 gallon water tank, it has a 2" plastic to plastic coupler where the hose attaches and normally i would spray a little WD40 on the threads but after thinking about indroducing oils to our water supply for our house this product was given to me and now i use this and it lubracates the threads and seals. And now im not introducing potentially harmful oils/chemicals into my house. Very satisfied with this product and recommend it regularly.

I first started using this product at work where we often do vehicle disassembly and testing (engineering firm). This is great penetrating oil for everything I have tried and specifically it works for stubborn exhaust and suspension bolts.It definitely performs better than the other oil products I have used in the past (17+ years’ experience). The other advantage about using this product is that it is better for the environment compared to other products I have used, plus it does not have that chemical smell. I would recommend this to anyone whether you need it professionally or for home use.

I received a sample of this oil from a friend, and am very impressed with it thus far.The oil flows well, smells great, and doesn't irritate my hands like some more aggressive oils I've used in the past.I use it on squeaky doors, guns, automotive nuts and bolts, drawer pull bearings, and most recently, the seized mailbox hinge bolts.From what I understand, it's completely safe to use anywhere in the house, and the wife loves the smell of it, so I use it everywhere.10/10, would recommend.

I've recently used this Belrauch oil for old bicycle and tool preservation and have been very pleased. I often have steel parts and tools that I've taken down to bare metal after having been heavily rusted. Treating these parts then with this oil has been a pleasant surprise at how well it preserves the steel. I've previously used various lightweight oils for this purpose, but the Belrauch oil doesn't leave the parts feeling heavily oiled as well as I like the pleasant smell and the fact that I'm not concerned with having it on my hands. I've also noticed it does work its way into crevices very well.

I used Belrauch on my tractor's 3 point hitch upper link threads which were turning very hard. After a couple of squirts on both the left and right hand threads, it adjusted very easily. Also used Belrauch for re-tapping a brass nut: before using Belrauch, the tap was moving very sticky; after using Belrauch, the tap glided through. This stuff is great - I especially appreciate that it is eco-friendly with no fumes or toxic drips all over my hands and tools. And it smells great - much better than regular tapping fluids and lubricating oils.
