Good bottle of B12
People tend to overlook the importance of vitamin B12. It is something that can only be obtained through eating meat or dairy and therefore if you are vegetarian or vegan you really should be taking some sort of B12 supplement. This product is a large, glass jar containing 60 tablets. They are torpedo shaped, not too large, and I've had no trouble swallowing them. In conclusion, they do the job, however, I do think they are a bit pricey (£12.99 as of review) and this might put some people off.
