I love the frames but haven't been able to figure out the way to hang them.

I really liked the size of this frame. I purchased it to frame a diamond art canvas as a gift. When I received the frame I immediately noticed that 2 of the 4 corners had sizable gaps in them and that patterns did not match well. I was on short notice for the gift so had no choice but to use it. The recipient was a young girl and she did not seem to notice the defects but I sure did! I feel the frame cost too much for the quality. Had it not been for the 2 bad corners, this frame would have received 5 stars. To the company: please do a better job with quality control. NOTE: RATING was changed from 3 stars to 5 stars after the seller reached out to me and offered to resolved the matter by replacing the defective frame. I received my new frame and it was in very good condition. Thank you to the seller for making it right!

Comes with plastic instead of glass. Mine was cracked right corner. But it’s a beautiful frame. I figure I’ll replace it with glass.

Honestly, my picture does not do this frame justice. This frame is absolutely beautiful and completed my diamond dot picture I did for my cousin.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect. Worth the extra money. Fits 30cm x 40cm Diamond Art with out cutting with the mat. Overall awesome frame

UPDATE: It is truly a beautiful frame. It is made of wood and well made. It could be used as a gift or to put a board canvas in. After recieving one that had to be returned, the comany reached out and made sure to make it right. I was unexpectedly pleased how attentive they are. They made sure the next one that was send out was just right. I definitely recommend this company. They provide excellent customer service and stand behind their product. This is a beautiful frame, don't hesitate to buy!

it did not come in proper foam. The acrylic is fine. maybe this is a return because the pic is in the bottom of the box and there’s a hole in the box and holes in the paper foam sleeve. It’s not enough to give us protection even so the corners are not tight and 1 cracked all through. It’s about stapled frame in the back it’s poorly stapled.
