Best to pick up/remove helmet from head.
Product is very sturdy, hvnt tried a go pro or any other handles to it, but basic design and parts are helmet to hold, hang, remove the helmet. Mine a full face, chin protected helmet and Bulky and this helps to handle the helmet very well.
