This Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus is a great little food processor that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s very easy to use, powerful for its size, and handles chopping herbs, vegetables, and even hard cheese without any issues. The 24-ounce work bowl is a good size for everyday prep, and the reversible stainless steel blade works efficiently. Cleanup is quick, and the compact design makes it easy to store when not in use. Versatile, well built, and an excellent value—I can’t find anything to complain about.

Exactly what I was looking for! Needed a small compact food processor for small uses. For example salad dressing that calls for 2 cups of liquid + herbs. I premix in a 3 cup measuring first. Then pour into the processor. Drop in 1 large avocado that has been cut and mashes so it mixes without large chunks. Then press the button and release to pulse and reverse blade direction. Quick and convenient and do much easier than using our large food processor. We have always had good luck with Cuisinart products and this one is no exception. Well made, safety features and so easy to clean in sink with just water. Only problem I ran into was chopping cauliflower. I precut into very small pieces first. Dropped in and used chop. Did great, except since cauliflower tends to be sticky starch, I used the provided small scraper to rotate bottom chopped to top and press ones that did not chop down to bottom. The sticky cauliflower stuck to the sides and left open area above the blades. 1 more blade towards top like other brands would solve that one problem. Otherwise, a great product for small uses. Also tried the grind mode for small bowl of walnuts. Chop size is controlled by pressing releasing grind button. Same for other mode,

This little food processor is just TERRIFIC! It's hard to chop up onions in a large processor but this does them perfectly. It's a lot more powerful than one would think. It's perfect for small jobs and takes up very little counter space. It's a real bargain!

It is potent, it does what the description indicates, it works very well….and most importantly!!! It is SAFE to use!!! I chose this specific chopper/grinder because it is UL approved/certified. I have seen so many scary reviews on those cheaper machines causing fires while being used. Unfortunately, I have spent so much money in several different small appliances and/or machines (including solar patio lights, indoor lights with wax warmer, plug in sets with several outlets, etc., etc.) that are NOT UL approved or certified and I have REMOVED them all. I myself have experienced a small fire and short circuit with one of these in my bathroom!!! This machine is perfect for my zero space counter, it works well, and I don’t have to be switching blades when I want to move from chopping to grinding.

I previously owned one yrs ago but smaller version . So I upgraded! Perfect for someone who needs small portions. Easy to use and lock . Works well with chops and grinds as efficiently as the larger sized models . Love the stainless steel design and can keep on my countertop for easy access without taking up space .

We always cook for family during the holiday and wanted an easier way prepping everything from garlic (mince) to onions (dice) to parsley and more (Italian meatballs for the win). Many food processors struggle to get consistent chop - but this one works GREAT - very good consistencies and at all sizes. Saved us a lot of time and even small cuts we get every year. (Don’t judge). It is easy to assemble and comes ultra sharp, It’s now living out on our counter and a regular part of our prep.

I love it! It goes in my Pink kitchen very well and works well making dog food, salads, and dressing. It doesn't take up too much counter space and can easily be put in the pantry

This is a must have tool in our kitchen , the first one lasted 15 years or more and is still going strong , the blade housing has developed a crack and that makes it no longer food safe the replacement blade was almost as much as the new one so we just replaced the entire machine ! MUST HAVE MACHINE EXCELLENT VALUE !

My cusinart blade is plastic made so got rubbed and not working. Can't grind. So sad

I have been using this product for making purees for my baby girl which is very useful and easy to clean. It grinds fruits and vegetables to our desired consistency. Operating is also easy.
