Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud Eau De Parfum for Men, 100 Ml

Love this one a lot. Not for everyone, but I’d say it’s a pretty safe blind buy. The bottle is high quality, with a pretty decent atomiser. This is meant to be imitating Margiela’s By The Fireplace, and I don’t really see it. It does great in the woody and vanilla notes pretty well, it smells like a Christmas fire with roasted marshmallows. There is a hint of incense which can throw some people off, however I find it quite nice since it gives that ashy smell a campfire leaves which I like. The reason I don’t find it close to the fragrance it’s imitating is with the oud notes. Obviously it isn’t real oud cuz look at the price. The oud replaces the nutty note in the original By The Fireplace, so it kind of makes it its own perfume. The oud note really gets rid of the Christmas vibe the original has and smells more like a mosque. Projection is pretty good, I get a good 5 hours. It gets heavy on the vanilla near the end, but it isn’t cloying since there is still the woodiness. It lasts quite long, I sprayed this on my clothes and I could catch whiffs of it the next day too (wasn’t as strong as when first sprayed, but since I spray on my neck, the collar ends up smelling like the perfume, so I occasionally whiffs of it.) Overall really great, not a great clone, but not being a good clone makes it unique which I do like. If you’re looking for a clone of By The Fireplace, this will not be it, I do still recommend the original since it’s a really good fragrance, but the price makes it worth enough to buy.

Smell remains only for 2,3 hours and I use to take shower from it to actually smell it, very diluted, rest the fragrance is nice but for very short duration

The bottle is soo expensive looking and heavy, the lasting power is greattttt and I got this as a female because the dry down of this is like expensive chocolate oud. I lovee this for winter!!

I've been looking for a decent long lasting masculine sweet oud for under 25 quid and this one finally hit the spot after several fails and return parcel trips to the post office. its got a REALLY rich scent thats consistently mixed and balanced evenly between wood, smokey leather and vanilla/flowers/spices and honey or caramel. I also feel a strong nuts roasting scent at the top end. It's to my nose truly gorgeous and addictive. I fell in love immediately with its scent and months later i still adore this fragrance. It's not a daily wear because of its intensity but it is VERY masculine and authoritative in the right environment, yet sensual too. I can't imagine a woman wearing this. Ever. Although it's really sweet it somehow always stays manly. This scent makes me want to eat it, it smells like an invitingly delicious luxurious honey dessert sat by a cedarwood fireside. Its a lovely quite mystical fragrance that starts strongly sweet and artificial but quickly grows and changes to a more subtle wood and leather firesmoke with a honeynut rum kind of edge. I own a few and I would say nothing quite smells like this fragrance and its very original and doesn't seem to get noticed for the exquisite beauty it is. It lasts forever and is also very strong, be careful not to do more than maybe 2 or 3 sprays each wrist. It can be overpowering and sticks to clothes if overdone. There's a lot of layers to this fragrance and thats always a good thing, though it makes it hard to describe. Its very Arabian and a fiery desert musky authority wafts from it. On average in winter i get about 4 hours scent maybe, It's super strong in summer and literally goes all day. Not for summer in my opinion. That would be too in your face in the heat. This wonderful scent starts over the top sweet, then goes slow through several layers of sweet caramel vanilla nuttiness then goes long and subtle with a honey caramel flavoured woodsmoke that lasts hours. Well happy and well worth the money. You don't need Khamrah folks, this is just way more interesting and intense for less money.

Se cercate un profumo che passi inosservato, passate oltre. Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud è un’esperienza olfattiva potente che grida carattere fin dalla prima nebulizzazione. Non è solo un profumo, è un’atmosfera. Il DNA Olfattivo Appena spruzzato, l'Oud è protagonista: è un legno scuro, quasi "bruciato", ma non risulta mai medicinale o sgradevole. La magia avviene dopo circa 15-20 minuti, quando emerge una nota di zucchero vanigliato che addolcisce le spigolosità del legno. Immaginate di sedervi accanto a un camino acceso mangiando dei marshmallow tostati: è esattamente questa la sensazione. Performance e Scia Qui arriviamo al punto forte. La persistenza è mostruosa: Sulla pelle: Supera tranquillamente le 8-10 ore. Sui vestiti: Potreste sentirlo anche dopo il lavaggio. La proiezione è importante nelle prime due ore, quindi consiglio di non esagerare con gli spruzzi (2 o 3 sono più che sufficienti per farsi notare). A chi lo consiglio? È un profumo decisamente invernale o autunnale, perfetto per le serate fresche. È unisex, anche se pende leggermente verso il maschile per via della nota fumosa. Se amate fragranze come By the Fireplace di Maison Margiela, troverete in questo Lattafa un'alternativa incredibile a una frazione del prezzo.
