I just happened to try this product today and put all of my confidence in it to do a good job of cleaning our 12-cup regular coffee maker. I'm pleased to announce that it did an outstanding job of cleaning our Continental brand basic coffee maker that was in need of a good and gentle cleaning. The directions are so easy to follow, and the cleaner is good for two uses. The coffee pot looks practically brand new and shiny, shiny that I couldn't stop staring at it! Just because a product is low priced does not mean it's going to do less of a job.

It works OK I’m not a fan of it. I don’t think it works very well so I won’t be buying it again.

The wife has a Kuerig at her salon shop, the water is terrible. We had to put a filter on the water line. It still gets buildup though. Usually she just does white vinegar, but this time it needed something a little stronger. She did what the directions said, and now it works great.

Had a Keurig that we had used in our camper. The "descale" light came on and I ordered this product to descale it. Followed the directions and shut it off when the "low water" light came on. The last cycle, the machine got very hot. Once I refilled it with water, it would not come on.At first I thought it might have tripped a fuse, but it didn't.

Love this product. I use white vinegar in my Keurig at least twice a month, which does work great, but wow, I can’t believe how much better my coffee tasted after using this. I’m not ditching my white vinegar, but will definitely be using this as well.
