It is precise , the color is perfect.

This eyebrow pencil is the only one I use. Its fine tip makes the perfect brow lines and the brush blends it so naturally. It doesn't quite meet my expectations on the length of time it lasts on my face, but I will continue to buy. I haven't found anything else that has the color and definition I'm looking for.
