Good size and colour!
This is a good size of falcon, the pigeons don't like it, which is good, and it sits nicely as well when some weight is put inside it!

Not very effective!
We got it to try and scare pigeons away from our driveway and from doing their droppings on our car. It's perfectly well made and easy to fill with sand but pigeons are not stupid. It kept them away for a hour or two, maybe, but not at all after that even though we moved it around regularly - on the wall, on the roof, on the ground, on the car..... It's still sitting in the garden and it's held up well to 6 months of weather but it's not an effective bird scarer!

Colour is lighter
The colour is a lot lighter than the pictures, having said that so far its keeping the seagulls at bay.

Doesn't scare pigeons!
Looks nice, well made, but the pigeons happily pecked around it, almost like they were besties so don't bother buying if that's what you want it for!

Didn't work
Did not scare anything, I kept moving it around rather than the same spot and position but they soon got used to it. Does look good though

Detail colouring poor
Purchased one of these before from a different supplier and its been in my garden year after year, althoughit doesn't do what its supposed to do ( frighten off the birds ) its used as an ornamental object and the detailcolours on purchase were reasonable - my latest purchase of the same bird ( Falcon ) although arriving in good condition, area's around the feet and claws had only been painted in partially and what had been painted in was smudged onto its body. Painting around its eyes had also gone onto the body of the birdso I was a bit disappointed with it - however, I consider myself pretty good with model paint brushes and models, so I re-painted the majority of the Falcon and now it looks much more authentic and is now in place in another area of my garden.

Works well
Husband wanted this to stop seagulls pooping on his clean car, placed it on shed roof and seems to work! You have to keep moving every few days.Trouble is , birds are now using a different flight path and poop all over the decking instead, may have to get another one!
