Madison Stretch Jersey Slipcover, Large, Solid, Lime

The instructions specifically say that there is a slit you can open on the RIGHT arm side for the chair lever. WRONG.....it's on the left arm side, where there is not a lever. You can't interchange the arm covers due to they are made to fit each side. I put the right arm cover on anyway, leaving the lever uncovered....which makes the elastic stretch very tight so hope it won't tear. Other than that it fits like a glove. Much easier to apply than 1 piece recliner covers. The lime color is very nice.

The colors I purchased (same slip cover also in the Tangerine color) fit snugly and add the right amount of contrast to an otherwise dull and uninteresting room. This item arrived in 4 pieces, which was initially disappointing, but it was actually easy to get the pieces onto the chair correctly, since each piece was labeled: Left side, Right side, Back, etc. The front of the slip cover rides up a little at the bottom, otherwise the fit is great and it can probably be readjusted to fit perfectly. The price is so good and the jersey fabric is comfortable and washable.

This was easy to put on and looks great! Used it on an old recliner that was in good condition but had very 70s colors.

First, definitely NOT lime green. It's too dark to be lime. Still a nice color. The material is a thin, stretchy T-shirt material. And by thin I mean that if you have noticeable stains or a pattern on your chair, you'll see it through the cover. The cover comes in 4 pieces. The pieces for the arms are too small and you are required to remove stitching for a handle of your recliner has one. Mine does and after removing that stitching the piece ripped when I tried to put it on. Really annoying. The chair/leg rest part actually fit just right. The piece for the back is too large. I'm not returning it because it does cover the foot rest, which the babies have torn to hell on my chair and because the side that is ripped is near a wall. Not worth $40.

I recently purchased this item in lime green and am very pleased with the color. The slipcover went on very easy and stays in place. I have a orange slipcover for the couch and love it too. I haven't washed these covers yet but don't forsee any problems. I would highly recommend them for affordable "pop" to your furniture and don't want a heavy slipcover especially for summer. Oh and the jersey fabric is so soft and comfortable like sitting on a comfy tshirt!
