This universal remote works perfectly. I’m not a very techie person so I wanted a remote that was easy to use. This is it! Right out of the box it worked with my Samsung TV. No set-up needed. All the streaming buttons (NetFlix, Hulu, Prime Video) all go right to the service with no set up needed. It has DisneyPlus button as well, but I don’t have that streaming service. This is just what I was looking for!

Works great, took one star off because the buttons are a little stiff and I notice it every time I use it. Just not as sleek as the name brand

This actually works fantastically! I’ve had others ( including the remote that came with the tv) that didn’t work this well! Easy to program and is great when you don’t have light, because it is backlit.

The report works great! I just put in batteries and voila! No setting up or anything.

Opened it- all I had was the remote. No instructions on how to match it up with the right TV making sure everything was gonna work so I put batteries in and thought let’s just see what happens. The TV connected, it came on the buttons worked and all I had to do was push the right one no instructions needed. As long as you knew how to run your previous remote you’re good to go. I never write reviews and I always rely on reviews. Definitely definitely a great buy!

It connected to my TV without a problem, but sometimes the volume button does not always work in a consistent, reliable way. For the price though, I am okay with it.

Bought two of these controllers for our Samsung Frame as the kids had destroyed the original that came with the TV. I much prefer these ones, they feel sturdier and do the job well. They can be a little unresponsive at times and as others say you need to be pointing them directly at the tv to work, but this is a minor inconvenience and for the low price easy to accept. I intend to buy again once the kids destroy these.
