NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUPLip Lingerie XXL Matte Liquid Lipstick - Warm Up (Red Rose)

Bought this after reading about it online, it lasts for so much longer than I was expecting. It has a nice, cosmetic scent, applying feels amazing, it glides right on. After it dries, it does not budge unless you apply something over it. It is very pigmented, absolutely recommend, it is also a big size for its price, so I am certain that it will last forever.

Didn't expect much from this, but I was pleasantly surprised that it stayed on after eating something fatty. Like there was some erosion towards the inside of my lips but that's normal. It is a true matte. Very comfortable. Even rubbed my lips accidentally and it didn't smudge (I got the black too). Scent is kind of a strong vanilla but it was fine. It doesn't linger. Not sticky at all like the Maybelline Matte Ink. Even Urban Decay Lip Bond which I know is glossy and not matte clumps up on me and smears with slight friction despite being higher end. Really can't go wrong with this one.

I LOVE this lipstick I've been using it for about a year give or take. Every color is super pretty especially this red perfect for the holidays. NYX lingerie lipstick stays on for hours and hours unless you put gloss on over it then it doesn't last very long.. but if you want a long lasting matte lipstick this is the one

I was prepared to hate this lip color but I'd been on the hunt for a duplicate of Lime Crime's Velventine's Blood Moon shade of longwear lipstick. This color is very, very close - but the first time I tried it, color was bleeding around the edges of my lips within a couple of hours. I am SO GLAD I gave it another shot! I used a clear lip liner applied fairly heavily, and then two VERY THIN coats of this lipstick (allowing the first to dry completely) and once dried it stayed put all day. I didn't experience any bleeding or crumbling/flaking (which was my main complaint about Lime Crime's blood moon - just would NOT stay put) through eating and drinking. Yay!

My go to lipstick! Lasts all day, but I do reapply after lunch. The colour is bright and beautiful. It is not drying, but it is not sticky either. It applies like a creamy liquid should.

The shade is a personal preference, but the quality is great. Our dance team uses this and it lasts ALL day. It goes on super easy, the color is pretty flattering for most people, and it doesn’t leave your lips super stained after taking off.

The media could not be loaded. 1. Shipping: I ordered this on March 8th and received it on March 12th with Prime shipping. It was shipped in a box with multiple orders. This is pretty quick, so that was nice.2. Packaging: The lone lipstick was rolling around like a roller derby girl all by itself in the box with a shipping label on it. I thought this was trashy. No bubble wrap? No little bit of packaging? Just a shipping label I still can't manage to get completely off? Oh well.3. Appearance: It is the PERFECT shade of black- not dark purple, not blue, not grey. The lipstick itself feels moisturizing and light on my lips, which can be a weak point for most matte liquid lipsticks. It's very opaque- the lipstick you see in my photos was applied with one coat. It blends out very easily for a softer look and will need to set for around 1 minute after applying (you can see in the swatch on my arm it still moves around for up to ~45 seconds). I love how this looks until...4. Longevity: I wear it. In the photos and video clip, I did not eat or drink. All I did was talk, and it started having visible wear off. Here is why the rating is so low. It's a generous amount of lipstick but I don't have time to stop and continually fix my lipstick because I looked at it wrong when lipsticks like my Rimmel Stay Matte don't budge after eating hot wings and barbeque chips. Also, it takes forever to dry down, meaning that if you do ANYTHING- talk, think too loud, etc. when applying this lipstick it will smudge and stain your skin. It doesn't rub off colour onto any surfaces though- my clothes, someone else, my furniture. When it's dry, it's dry and doesn't transfer. It just... disappears. Where is it going? Who hexed my lipstick?5. Value: You can see from the size of it compared to my hand it's a very generous size, bigger than all of my other liquid lipsticks. I paid $7.50, which is a very decent price, but I'd only buy it again if they reformulated it to not disappear off my lips and leave the unsightly remains of what was a gorgeous lipstick.Overall, due to the poor packaging and the way it crumbles off my lips only 10 minutes after application, I give it 3 stars. I expected better from Nyx and will have to look elsewhere for my dream matte black liquid lipstick. I might have to raid the Halloween section at Wal-Mart again.

Been wearing this lipstick for years. Lasts all day and night without transferring! Love most of the shades that it comes in. Must try if you like matte lipsticks that don’t budge.
