This litter box contains a non-stick coat, do you think you could make a non-stick cat scooper?

How low is the low front step area? I have an arthritic cat too and am looking for the lowest step-in box. Thanks!

I bought "kitty go here"...it's really low entry is very good for older and disabled kitties. You clean up more litter outside the box, but they have an easier time using it
