Complete and easy to install.
Great value, fit perfectly and easy to install. Just slide the attached cable through the cable guide.

A little disappointed
The shifter itself is what I expected and appears to function as it should. The problem is that I did not see anything about cable length in the description except that it fits most. In reality, it was too short to fit my Actbest Mars ebike and I had to spend extra to purchase a separate cable and wait for that to be delivered before I could put my bike in service.

You will need to watch both videos, one on how to install and the other how to adjust the derailer. Amazon made me remove the links on my first attempt to write a good review. Just youtube Shimano eBike 7 speed shifter installation. It took about an hour. There is only about 1 1/2 inch of extra cable. The hardest part was adjusting the derailer without a bike stand. The replacement is a better quality then the original. If you are mechanically inclined, it would be an easy replacement..
