My go to for when I am feeling under the weather. I also give it to my dog in the rare occasions he's sick. It also helps lower blood pressure which is a great benefit of taking this.

*UPDATE: The company's customer service contacted me to refund my purchase. I don't take that lightly My review is primarily to inform others in case they experience the same symptoms. I do not think the quality is bad, whatsoever. INITIAL REVIEW: I don't have gut issues, so I thought I would be ok taking this even though there are reviews stating it causes stomach upset for some people. But after 1 dose, I was in pain for hours. It would come in waves and kept me from work. I'm not sure why my gut can't handle this and I wonder if taking it with food would help? I'm afraid the side effects are bad enough I don't even want to test that.

I knew this would sell out! One capsule and day your getting the highest levels of olive leaf and fruit extract with BioPerine for MAX absorption. I'm going to have to find another source. The fat is my tummy hips and thighs is melting away

UPDATE : It's been over 3 months without a migraine or aura. I also feel this has contributed to lowering my blood pressure. I was getting migraine headaches almost every week. I've been taking "Total Olive", a little over a month now and I haven't had one migraine headache. I've had ocular episodes that have previously had turned into migraines but so far the episode have never transpired into the migraine. I take the pill on an empty stomach, one in the morning and one at night. Full glass of water taking big gulps. This helps me from getting the heartburn which I sometimes get using this product. Well worth it! UPDATE: It's been over a year now and I've periodically get migraines but the frequency has been cut back considerably. I also don't need paine medication. I just get a roughly 2 day migraine hangover where my head aches a little, (especially when straining) and I feel tired. This is huge in my book. What a relief to be able to manage the migraine monster. ANOTHER UPDATE: It's been nearly 2 years. I've tracked my migraines for 3 years now by what I think brought it on, signs and symptoms that are occurring, and severity of my ocular episodes. My migraines have been eliminated by half the first year, and seem to be fewer as time moves on. I don't need pain relievers. I wear sunglasses and use deep breathing when the ocular episodes start to circumvent any out-of-control pain. I can still continue to work but don't get my heart rate up over a cardiovascular training level. I continue to take a total olive pill first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I try not to take it too late at night and lay down. This can creates indigestion. Wait 15, 20 minutes. During this whole time I try not to spike my system with sugar (a whole candy bar), and try to get regular hours sleep(suggested amount for my age). I also stay somewhat active (which currently seems to be a one key component). So far I've been very pleased with this product.

This olive leaf brand doesn't make me pee right after unlike other olive leaf brand. Not sure if it works or not. This is the supplement industry right who knows--if you don't need it don't buy
