Love the book
I love diamonds and want to learn about them as much as possible. I also want to see as many as possible, especially ones that I would probably not get to see in person. This is a well-rounded book that explains the evolution of diamonds, from mining to current cutting and polishing. There are also beautiful photos in the book. It's a great coffee table book!

Beautiful Book
This was a gift for my Mom, who loves diamonds. I definitely can't afford to give her the gems I wish I could, so this book can at least give her some info about them. She was very excited when she started to look through it.

The history of the extraction is beautifully described. The quality of photos is very good. Great as a gift or if you want to learn more about diamonds

Great book
While I have not finished reading this book the author is a very detailed and easy to read writer. What I've read so far has been interesting! It's a beautifully photographed book, too!
